Classic Poker will once again host qualifiers to the popular DKK3500 XMAS tour taking place at the Royal Casino in Århus, Denmark December 2 to December 5. The live poker tournament has three qualifying days where top 6 from the qualifying rounds enter into the finals Saturday December 5. 18 players will fight at the felt for a prize pool of DKK 630,000 if the tournament is sold out.
Online qualifiers begin Sunday November 22 and run daily until Sunday November 29 where the online final is scheduled at 18:00 GMT. The online final will have a buy in of €78+€7 and one out of every 6 players will go through to the finals. Classic Poker guarantees 3 players a seat to the live event.
The satellites to the online XMAS finals will all be played daily 20:00 GMT and will have buy ins in the range from €5 to €10. All qualifiers can as usual choose to have cash added to their Classic Poker player account in case they are not able to participate in the live event.
Classic poker has secured a number of seats to all playing days at Royal Casino and players can choose which day they want to play. In case Classic poker sell out on specific days players would need to choose a different playing day or a cash alternative of €470.
Players who hold an old poker account with a cashier in dollars (players prior to March 17 2009 most likely have a dollar account) need to download the dollar version of Classic Poker by clicking this link. Anyone who encounters problems logging in to their account should contact support@classicpoker.com to receive help with their old account or simply go ahead and make a new download and create a new account giving them a Euro cashier playing account. All benefits will be transferred to the new account as well as Classic Poker can facilitate any dollar balance being exchanged to a Euro balance.
