| 2. What do I need to start playing poker at Classic Poker? |
| All you need to do is download and install our Free Software. You can start the download by clicking Download. If you want detailed step by step instructions on getting started, click here. |
| 5. The poker software upgrade process is stalled / not working. What do I do? |
| If for some reason, the poker software does not upgrade properly, then you may have to reinstall the software. To do so, click on the download link and follow the installation instructions. NOTE: You will need to 'Activate' your account if a new or reinstall of the software is done. |
| 6. What is 'Account Activation'? |
| Account Activation is another security measure that we have to protect you as a player. Players will need to 'Activate" their account anytime a new install or re-install of the software is done, or if the player wants to play the poker software on a different computer than the one the original account was created on. This ensures an added layer of protection for our players. At Classic Poker, security and protection is our priority! |
| 8. How do I 'Activate' my account? |
| To 'Activate' your account, go to the 'My Account' drop down menu on the poker lobby and select "Activate Account'. The following window will appear:
Just input your information and click on the 'Activate' button and you are set to go. You will have to know your Account # that was sent to you in your Welcome email or you can write or call Customer Support to get that information again. This is the number found in the ECash cashier window (e.g. D603259712). |
